Pricing:

- Room Fees:

- Wed, Thurs, and Sun: 3200 private(4pm-10pm)

- Fri & Sat: $1,000 private with a required minimum of 75 guests or the fee increases

- The room fee cost is the “deposit cost.” If the customer asks about a deposit, we do require an agreement form to be signed and a credit card to be put on file, however we do not charge the card until the day of. It is an insurance so that if they do not show up, we reserve the right to charge the card.


Average pricing for food/drinks:

- Avg Entrée: $36.00 (Lowest: $23.95, Highest: $38.95)

- Avg Buffet Hors D'oeuvres (feeds 10): $54.00 (Lowest: $30.00, Highest: $65.00)

- Avg Cocktail: $8.00

- Soft Beverage: $3.25

- Avg Dessert: $7.00

- Gratuity: 20% of Subtotal

- Tax: 6% of Subtotal


Food:

- Buffet:

- Pricing per person is $34. Includes soft drinks, coffee/tea, 2 appetizers, 2 entree choices, a salad choice, and 2 choices of sides.

- Limited Menu:

- Styled like a normal dinner just with a smaller menu with three choices. Customer hosting the event will pick three choices and one side with the entrees for their guests to choose from.

- Chicken entrees come with the side that they are paired with

- Example (rice with seafood, potato with steaks)

- Each entree comes with a side salad-

- There they will see all their options for dinner

- Pricing is listed as well

- We DO NOT have a per person charge

- We charge everything on consumption

- What they order is what they pay for

- We do make accommodations for food allergies or restrictions such as gluten

free, vegetarian, or vegan.

- Kids:

- They can order off the kids menu the day of when they arrive

- Kids Items come with 1 side

- Free soda or tea come with entrée (no milk or juice)


Dessert Options

- They can order desserts from us

- Our desserts are about $7-$9 per dessert

- Or they can bring any dessert at any quantity for a charge of $1.50 per person (It

is not a cake or cutting fee, it is a fee to bring outside food into the restaurant)


Drinks:

- Alcohol options:

- Open bar= anyone can order anything and it will be on the master tab

- There is no fee for “open bar”

- Cash Bar = everyone will have separate tabs and will pay for at the end of the

party

- Limited bar

- Beer and wine offered to the guests

- Drink tickets-whether its 1,2,3 tickets etc.

- Cap bar = if the customer has X amount of money to spend on the bar, once it

hits that amount then it will turn to cash bar

- Parties may get bottles of champagne


Soda and non-alcoholic drinks:

- Soda, Tea, Coffee are not included in the entrée prices

- Soda, tea = 3.25 with free refills

- Coffee=$2.95 with free refills

- No pitchers of soda or beer


Set Up:

- Before Party Set up:

- Customers are allowed to come in to set up decorations for their event either the

day of(any time after 12pm) or the night before(after 10:30pm)

- Must inform Eli if they plan to come in early to set up.

- Private events may have music (ipad), DJ, or band with no drums


Linens:

- Large parties=full room $200 (price includes napkins and table cloths)

- All private parties

- Small non private parties=$14 per linen (price includes table cloths only)

- Tablecloth Colors: Ivory, Black, White

- Napkin Colors: Ivory, Black, White

- Ending notes to let the customer know

- We need details 10 days in advance
